The Preserve

In the 1990s, Pinellas County, as part of the Penny for Pinellas program, acquired eight acres of environmentally sensitive lands in Ozona.  This acquisition was accomplished in response to a community interest from the citizens of Ozona, that this area, due to its unique environmental characteristics be preserved.  The county recently initiated an environmental mitigation project on the south section of the Preserve.  Trees, bushes and plants that are environmentally correct have been installed.  The Preserve is located off of North street, north of Ridge

Neighborhood Watch

The Neighborhood Watch Program is an opportunity to promote mutual understanding between citizens and law enforcement. We are the extra eyes and ears of law enforcement. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Department will teach everyone how to observe and report suspicious activity. Through our mutual communication with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department, our community will remain a better and safer place to live.

Add your name/email to receive updates from our Community Contact Person, Dolly Swallow - DollyS@winntech.net.
