Unincorporated residents: Do you pay for garbage or recycling services? Pinellas County wants to hear from you!
 
Pinellas County is evaluating universal recycling collection in unincorporated areas in an effort to achieve zero waste to landfill by 2050.  Pinellas County Solid Waste is hoping to better understand what unincorporated residents are currently paying for garbage and recycling collection services as they consider a potential recycling ordinance for unincorporated areas. This survey will only take a couple minutes and will help County staff understand the financial impact of the potential ordinance.
